Former Susquehanna University men’s 篮球 standout 布莱恩·梅杰斯 is continuing to make his mark in the world of 篮球 several years after he took the court for the last time.
专业 is the CEO of Major Prep Skills Academy, which offers life skill enhancement, training in motivational speaking and 篮球 skill development. 专业 has been an extremely engaged community activist in the Harrisburg area, 他来自哪里?, teaching youth life skills that will help them turn their goals into realities. He works with a wide variety of student and professional athletes, and has a variety of high-profile clients, including Chris Franklin (Harlem Globetrotters), 吉尔伯特布朗, 杰瑞·约翰逊, 达斯汀Salisberry, (Oversea Pro Players) and Lamar Patterson (Atlanta Hawks).

“Major Preparation is about going hard when no one is watching, not just for the season but the whole year,他说. “Some people say they want to do something in the future or ‘when I grow up,’ but they’re not working toward it daily. If you want to accomplish something, you need to be preparing for it every day.”

He remains second all-time in assists with (487). He graduated from Susquehanna in 2010 as the first African-American with a degree in elementary education and earned a master’s degree in public administration from the Pennsylvania State University in 2012.
“I don’t tell people ‘major work equals major results’ without properly preparing myself,他说. “As a proud and recent graduate of Susquehanna, with a master’s degree and my own business, I’m reaping the results of all the hard work I’ve put in.
